One of our best units is the Traulsen TU048QC quick chiller. Its interior and exterior are both constructed of a sturdy stainless-steel. The door is equipped with a gasket protecting metal door pan and gasket guard. It even includes both a self close and a stay open feature. The door and cabinet are insulated with an average of 2" thick, high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane.
If you're afraid of temperatures not being up to standard, this unit is equipped with an INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor. It will monitor and detect any changes in temperature. As soon as a problem is detected, it will alert you visual, audibly, or even both. This nifty device will alleviate any worries you might have about any negative changes in temperature. The refrigeration system is self contained, and uses R-404A refrigerant and runs on 3/4 hp.
