This waterproof digital pocket thermometer has a temperature range of -40 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with an accuracy of +/- 2 degrees with a response time of less than 6 seconds with a 1 second update. It has a minimum and a maximum hold feature and is field recalibratable. It requires 1 CR1225 battery that is included. It has a case & sleeve that uses Safe-T-Guard; an antimicrobial to inhibit bacterial odor and mold growth.
This compact version delivers durability and speed to stay on top of food safety, while small enough to tuck in a chef's pocket.
