  The Vollrath® 40-quart floor mixer is built tough, promising years of reliability and durability. It features a 3-speed belt drive, allowing you to mix a variety of products at the appropriate speed. The 30-minute timer automatically turns the mixer off for ultimate convenience. This mixer comes with all the accessories required for operation, as well as a safety guard to prevent accidental injury. Strong legs maintain stability while black feet prevent movement during use. If you want to expand your mixer’s versatility to include grinding and slicing, a No. 12 hub can accommodate the appropriate Vollrath attachments.

  The Vollrath 40759 holds forty quarts and features a three-speed belt driven transmission with a digital control panel for easy shifts in speed while this unit is running. The speed can be changed to suit a multitude of mixing tasks. It has a #12 hub that can accommodate a Vollrath meat grinder and vegetable slicer attachments. This is for added flexibility between grinding, slicing, and mixing. It is shipped standard with a dough hook, wire whisk, flat beater, stainless-steel mixing bowl and safety guard. This mixer can do anything from kneading dough to whisking light and fluffy creams. The bow guard is specialized and will keep any contents from tangling up in the agitator while in operation.

  The controls are easy to understand and simple to use. It consists of a lever for you to select the speed, an on/off switch, a pair of arrows to adjust time up to thirty minutes, and an emergency stop button.
