Deck Ovens VS. Conveyor Ovens
A deck oven lends itself to a wider variety of menu items. It has a simple design and usually will require less servicing. The deck oven requires a higher skill lever to be operated.
Conveyor ovens reduce the time it takes to bake and due to the dynamic of forced air they out-produce deck ovens. They offer increased consistency. Since no tending is necessary, conveyor ovens can be used with lesser skilled employees.
