  • Matched prices are for product retail selling price only and do not include shipping or taxes, if applicable.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied to your jeansrestaurantsupply.com order in accordance with the regulations of the state in which your shipping address is located. Customers purchasing on-line and shipping within the State of Texas, will be automatically taxed according to state sales tax laws. The amount is specified in the 'Sales Tax' field on-line your online purchase summary. If a special order or out of stock item is purchased and the item is drop-shipped from a warehouse that resides within the same state as the delivery location, a sales tax fee may apply.

Shipping Information 

All shipments leave our warehouses within 48 hours or less of placing your order. All orders placed from Friday 5:00PM Central Time through Sunday leave our warehouse Monday morning of the following week. Please note that all overnight and time sensitive deliveries should be placed during M-F. Jean's Restaurant Supply offers several delivery and processing options:

FREE GROUND FREIGHT

Items eligible for free ground freight will be delivered by a carrier of our choosing. Delivery times vary typically ranging from 2-8 days after leaving the warehouse. Shipments will be to your dock or curbside. Time sensitive deliveries, express deliveries and additional features such as lift gate, residential deliveries and inside deliveries do not qualify for free ground freight. Lift gate is available as a selectable option  for certain products. Select this feature when adding the product to your cart if you require a lift gate. Please notify us to provide you with a shipping quote if you need any additional delivery options. We cannot guarantee delivery times for items shipped with the free ground freight option. If you need a time sensitive delivery please notify us and we can provide you with a shipping quote and an estimated delivery time.

FREE SHIPPING

Select items are available for free shipping if the order is more than $350.00 before taxes. This calculation is based off the collective cost of items not being shipped through standard ground freight. This includes all items weighing over 150 lbs. Free shipping will be shipped from our warehouses within 48 hours of receiving your order. Shipping will be standard ground delivery by a carrier of our choosing. Items requiring time sensitive delivery, multiple shipping addresses, inside delivery, or any additional shipping options do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is not available for items shipped from the manufacturer, special orders, custom manufactured items, furniture and all other items specified as not qualified in the shipping details of the product description. STANDARD GROUND FREIGHT

Due to the weight and size of our products, many items will ship ground freight by a carrier of our choosing. Freight costs will be calculated at the time of check out. Standard delivery times for ground freight range between 2-8 days after it leaves the warehouse. If you have an item which requires a time sensitive delivery please call us 1-800-840-3610 to schedule your delivery. Freight costs given at the time of check out are for ground freight only. Lift gate, time sensitive deliveries, residential deliveries and inside deliveries are available at an additional cost. Please notify us to provide you with a quote on shipping.

STANDARD GROUND DELIVERY

SECOND-DAY

  • Expected delivery within 2 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Not available for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Not available for heavy items or items delivered directly from the manufacturer.
  • Weekend delivery is not available.

NEXT-DAY

  • Expected delivery the next business day after your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Add $19.95 per address to standard delivery and processing charges.
  • Refer to the shipping and handling chart for each additional shipping address. 
  • Not available for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.Not available for heavy items or items delivered directly from the manufacturer.

Damaged Freight Policy

Delivery and Receiving Inspection Procedure

We take every effort to ensure our packages arrive to you “the customer” in excellent condition, but unfortunately packages can be lost or damaged during transit. To avoid damage/loss of items, follow this Receiving and Inspection Procedure.


1) At the time of arrival, count the number of packages and inspect the exterior of the packages for any hint of damage. If you suspect damage, do not sign the freight bill receipt prior to an internal inspection. Note shortages and all damage on the freight bill receipt. If shortages and/or damages are not reported at the time of delivery, Jean’s Restaurant Supply cannot be held responsible.

  • If pallet is damaged, cracked or broken or there are visible tears, puncture holes or foot prints, open package and inspect, especially beneath the item such as legs and under carriage where damage may occur, in order to avoid hidden or concealed damage.
  • Do not be rushed (driver will not leave until you sign). If the driver rushes you it is more likely your items may have damage.
  • If damage is extensive, please refuse it and contact Jean’s Restaurant Supply to send out a replacement.
  • If damage is cosmetic and you choose to retain it, note it on the freight bill receipt, and contact the freight company to start the claim process. Then, contact Jean’s Restaurant Supply and notify us of the situation. We will assist you in that process.


2) Once you have received your items, unpack them immediately to ensure there is no hidden or concealed damage. If you find damage, do not discard any of the original packaging. Contact the freight company immediately and request an inspection within 5 days. Have your Freight Bill Receipt available with the tracking/pro number. If damage is discovered after driver has left – the customer is responsible for filing a claim and Jean’s Restaurant Supply will not be responsible for a refund or exchange of product.

If Jean’s Restaurant Supply has mistakenly shipped the wrong item or a defective item, contact Customer Service at 1-800-840-3610 in order to obtain a call tag and we will gladly ship out the correct item. If you have received a damaged item or refused it at time of delivery, a replacement unit can be sent out provided that the Receiving and Inspection Procedure was reasonably met. Jean’s has set this policy in place to protect you “the customer”.

The delivery and processing rates shown with our product descriptions are approximate; the precise charge cannot be determined until you choose a delivery option during checkout.

DELIVERY TO ALASKA, HAWAII & U.S. TERRITORIES
For all deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, $5 will be automatically added to the standard delivery and processing charges during checkout.

International Addresses
At this time, when ordering on-line, it is not possible to specify a delivery address in another country or a U.S. territory that is not served by the U.S. Postal Service.

Post Office Boxes
Unfortunately we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes at this time


Delivery and Processing Charges
Delivery and Processing charges are calculated based upon the total weight of your merchandise. As some items can be quite large and require truck freight service our handling charges apply accordingly.

  • $5.00 - Items and packages under 50 lbs
  • $10.00 - Items between packages between 50 and 100 lbs
  • $15.00 - Items and packages between 100 and 150 lbs

For ALL items shipped via freight carrier there will be a minimum $20.00 handling charge. Freight carriers vary in price and transit time so we will provide you with the best most cost effective accommodate to accommodate your budget and time frame. In many instances we will have a customer representative contact you via telephone or email to inform you what options are available. For non-stock items the carrier is decided by the manufacturer and transit time will vary greatly.


Additional Charges
Some items require an additional delivery and processing charge, listed as Additional Shipping on the product page. To determine the total cost for delivery and processing, add this additional charge to the applicable amount from the delivery and processing chart above.

If 'Shipping Charge' appears beneath the item price on the product page, the delivery and processing chart charge does not apply. Your delivery and processing cost for that item is the 'Shipping Charge' amount.

Drop-Ship Items
Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These 'drop-ship' items have special requirements:

  • Additional time is needed for order processing, so second-day and next-day shipping are not available. Heavy items, such as furniture, may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
  • Drop-ship items can be delivered only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Drop-ship items cannot be gift wrapped.
  • Jean's Restaurant Supply cannot guarantee delivery date of drop-ship merchandise.
  • If the drop-ship warehouse and the delivery location reside in the same state, a sales tax fee may apply.

Used Equipment

Used equipment items are all tested by our certified technicians here in our warehouse. All items are fully functional and come with all the standard accessories unless otherwise noted on the product description. Please read the product descriptions carefully to know exactly what you are getting. Used items are sold "As Is" unless otherwise stated. Most used items do not qualify for free ground freight or delivery. At Jean's Restaurant Supply, your satisfaction is guaranteed so if there is ever a dispute concerning a used product please notify us and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution or to help you find any replacement parts and/or additional accessories. Used items may be returned for a full refund excluding shipping and handling charges. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item. Please read over our Returning Merchandise policy below to learn more about product returns.

Returning Merchandise

All returns must be made within 30 days after receiving your order. The item must be unopened and in the same condition as when shipped to you. Customer will pay for shipping and freight charges on all returned merchandise, including on items that were originally sent as 'free shipping'. Items are subject to a 20 -30% restocking fee. Credit (minus any restocking fees and freight costs) will be issued after we have received all the items.

Canceling an order

If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for any reason. Special orders that are canceled are subject to a 20 -30% restocking fee. Customers may cancel by calling 1-800-840-3610 Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Standard Time and Saturdays 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Central Standard Time. Please have your order number ready for faster, more accurate service.

Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Clearance items and excludes temporary special promotion items. For questions and adjustments call 1-800-840-3610.

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing on jeansrestaurantsupply.com, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error we will inform you immediately of corrections and if needed provide you with alternates. A full refund due to pricing errors will be issued to your credit card as long as merchandise has not been shipped.
