This Sparta Galaxy Pastry brush has a 1-1/2" wide bristle head. It is heat resistant up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and is water resistant.
- One piece smooth finish plastic handles are easy to clean
- Bristles are epoxy-set to ferrules to prevent bacteria harboring air pockets
- Tapered Nylon bristles with chisel-point trim provide superior surface coverage
- Soft White Nylon bristles have high fluid retaining capacity
