Located in Louisville, KY, this family-owned business began producing foodservice equipment in 1969. Their first foodservice equipment was the “Collectramatic Fryer”. This revolutionary fryer changed the way food was cooked. This machine allowed restaurants to cook multiple times using the same fryer without filtering the vat each time. Kentucky Fried Chicken soon became Winston’s largest customer. Over the past thirty-plus years, the company has grown to encompass the leading domestic manufacturer and marketer of food service equipment as well as adding an international market. Additionally, Winston has created a research and design arm of their business to develop new and better products for a new millennium.
