Description 

The Everpure CG5-10 is a commercial 5 micron carbon block water filter cartridge. It reduces odors, the taste of chlorine, and sediment. This specialty water filter replacement is NSF approved and is backed by a one year warranty on defective workmanship and materials. The water enters the cartridge, which is attached to the filter head, and it flows to the filter chamber. Then, the incoming pressure forces the water through the filter membrane. After that, the filtered water channels up and out of the water filtration system.

Be sure that you change your water filters every 6 months, and leave a 2 1/2 inch clearance below the filter for easy replacement. If the water filter is not changed when scheduled, clogging, dumping, exhaustion, or channeling can occur. When you replace the carbon block water filter, don't forget to flush the new filter for a few minutes with the water on high flow.
