Since 1921 Vita-Mix has been the innovator and ''blending experts'' in the food industry. They began the Vita-Mix company by being early innovators of blender technology offered to the food service industry. Their worldwide headquarters are located in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a company of many firsts, for example, they engineered the first high-performance commercial blender. To help accommodate the growing demand for their high-quality mixers, they have secured a large, and worldwide, network of distributors. Since their early 20th Century beginning, the Vita-Mix company has been expanding – physically and in types of blender. Their newest blender in a long line of top-of-the-line machines is their food preparation blender. Recently, they have expanded their headquarter space by adding 63,000 sq.ft.
