Utensil Washer, Front Load with Split Door Design, Stainless Steel, Hobart UW50-11

This Hobart heavy-duty, fully automatic, front-loading utensil/pan washer comes standard with a large split door system. On this unit the upper door section slides upward as the lower door section is pulled down. The stainless steel pull out rack allows easy loading for large utensils and pans. The three variable wash cycles on this machine ensure thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the products being washed. The pump on this Hobart unit is horizontally mounted and has a capacity of 343 GPM. This unit comes equipped with a 5 HP motor as well. This machine is a complete automatic operation and the cycle may be interrupted any time by simply opening the door. The rinse cycle is a 180 degree final sanitizing rinse through two upper and two lower revolving rinse arms with stainless steel rinse jets. The rinse arms can be removed very easily without any tools. The standard rack assortment of this machine consists of one flat-bottomed frame rack, one flat grid insert rack, and two tray support insert racks.
