The LXIH-3 is an all-purpose, heavy-duty dishwasher, engineered to meet the toughest of foodservice environments. Its front opening design is equipped for installation of both a freestanding or undercounter-type operation. Features top-mounted microcomputer controls with digital cycle and temperature display. A centrifugal-type, horizontally mounted pump is integral with motor and has a pump capacity of 54 gpm. The wash and rinse cycle is completely automatic, all controlled by solid state electronics. Powerful revolving upper and lower anti-clogging wash and rinse arms ensure a thorough wash and rinse cycle. A cycle may be interrupted at any time by opening the door, and will continue when the door is closed. Machine automatically drains water through a built-in corrosion-resistant pump (maximum 17'' drain height). Includes a removable stainless steel scrap screen. Accomodates racks from 10'' x 20'' to 20'' x 20'' and also accepts 16'' x 18'' cafeteria trays (includes 2 dishracks - one peg and one combination-type).

Constructed of 16 gauge 304 series stainless steel on tank, door, and top panel. 3/4 hp wash motor produces a 30 rack per hour wash/rinse rate roughly equivalent to 750 dishes (25 per rack) or 1080 glasses (36 per rack) per hour. Built-in 70?F booster heater raises incoming water from 110?F to a bacteria-killing 180?F, ensuring proper hot water sanitation. Chemical connection capability is standard, for added flexibility. Includes a delime notification/cycle, chemical pump "auto-prime", and built-in service diagnostics. 3 gallon tank capacity. A 2 minute cycle time ensures fast dishwashing for your busiest periods. Freshwater rinse uses 1.2 gallons of water per rack, saving you money in water usage. 1.5 kW tank heat. 6 kW booster heater. 37.7 rated amps, with a minimum supply circuit conductor ampacity of 50. The door's 17'' opening height fits under most counters, and features a labyrinth-type door seal, eliminating the need for costly replacement gaskets. Incoming connection: 3/4'' female garden hose fitting on 6' hose (supplied). Drain connection: 3/4'' MPT (male pipe thread) fitting with 6' hose (supplied).
