The SR24H-6 under counter dishmachine comes standard with a sanitation that is accommplished by a built-in 7 kW electric booster. The pump on this dishwasher is vertically mounted and has a capacity of 45 U.S. gallons per minute. The revolving upper and lower hydrosweep wash arms with openings provide thorough distribution of water and are easily removed for cleaning. This dishmachine will accommodate from 10'' x 20'' to 20'' x 20'' racks and will also accept cafeteria trays that measure 16'' x 18''. The washing capacity of this machine is 19 racks per hour. This Hobart dishmachine is completely automatic and is controlled by an electrically energized synchronous timer. Closing the door of thus machine actuates the operating cycle. When the cycle is complete, the amber cycle light goes out. The cycle may be interrupted at any time by simply opening the door of the dishwasher and the cycle will continue as soon as the door is closed again. The construction of this machine is a 16 gauge stainless steel tank bottom with a 18 gauge stainless steel base, chamber, and door.
