Description 

The design of this Hobart dishwasher is front opening and equipped for installation of both free standing or under-counter operations. The sanitization of this machine is accomplished by the injection of the proper amount of liquid bleach into the final rinse water to achieve a minimum of 50PPM sanitizing solution. The injection of the liquid bleach is accomplished by a built-in sanitizing chemical pump. This Hobart dishwasher accommodates racks from 10'' x 20'' to 20'' x 20'' and also accepts 16'' x 18'' cafeteria trays. The dishwasher has a washing rate of 30 racks per hour. This machine washes an average of 750 dishes per hour or 1,080 glasses per hour. The tank capacity of this particular dishwasher is 3 gallons. The washing cycle on the machine is very fast and only takes 2 minutes to go through the entire cycle. So whether you need dishes or glasses washed fast, this machine will get the job done!
