Description 

This undercounter chemical sanitation, Hobart dishwasher comes equipped with a 1/2 HP, single phase motor. This model has a capacity of 14 racks per hour and will accommodate most racks from 10'' x 20'' (half racks) to 20'' x 20'' and will also accept 16'' x 18'' cafeteria trays. The wash and rinse cylce are completely automatic and controlled by an electrically energized synchronous timer. Closing the door on this unit actuates the operating cycle and when the amber cycle light goes out, the operating cycle is complete. On the SR24C models, the operating cycle estimates only 215 seconds. The cycle can be interrupted at any time by simply opening the door and the cycle will continue as soon as the door is closed. The wash arms and this tank are revolving and are on the upper and lower part with restricted openings that provide thorough distribution of water. The low temperature/chemical sanitizing is accomplished by filling the pump with 120 degrees fresh water and pumping it through the revolving wash arms. When the sanitizer solution has been depleted, the chemical sensing module signals the operator by a flashing light and a periodic alarm. The construction of this unit is a 16 gauge stainless steel tank bottom with an 18 gauge stainless steel base, chamber, and door. The Hobart undercounter models are not equipped with side or top panels and they have adjustable feet that lower to an overall height of 34-5/8'' minimum and raise to a 35-5/8'' maximum.
