This undercounter Hobart chemical sanitization dishwasher has a capacity of 30 racks per hour and comes equipped with a single phase motor and the pump on this machine has a capacity of 54 GPM. The pump on this unit is also horizontally mounted. The wash and rinse cycle on this dishmachine are completely automatic and are controlled by solid-state electronics. The cycle on this unit can be interrupted any time by simply opening the door and as soon as the door is closed again, the cycle will automatically continue. The drain on this machine automatically drains the water through a built-in pump and the permitted maximum drain height is 38''. This dishwasher accommodates racks from 10'' x 20'' to 20'' x 20'' and also accepts 16'' x 18'' cafeteria trays. The sanitation on this unit is accomplished by the injection of the proper amount of liquid bleach into the final rinse to achieve a minimum of 50PPM sanitizing solution. The injection of the liquid bleach is accomplished by a built-in sanitizing chemical pump equipped on this dishmachine. The design on this machine is front opening and can be installed either for freestanding or undercounter type operations. The tank, door, and top panel of this dishwasher are constructed of a 304 series stainless steel.
