The WSPR2F is a Wolf brand stockpot range. It runs on natural or propane gas and comes with a 3/4'' inch gas connection and a gas pressure regulator. This gas range features two cooking sections and uses 220,000 BTUs per hour. Cast iron top grates cover the burners and these grates should be removed and cleaned under often. Each section in this stockpot range has two burners and two infinite heat control valves. These ring type burners utilize a standing pilot ignition system and there is a heat shield to protect the control valves.

This restaurant stockpot range measures 18 inches in width, 49 inches in length, and 22 ½ inches in height and it sits on legs that are finished with black epoxy powder coated paint. The front and sides are stainless steel and stainless steel legs are optional. An adequate ventilation system is required with this Wolf range and it is backed by a one year limited warranty. A 24 inch rear and an 18 inch side clearance is required from combustible materials, and this stockpot is NSF and CSA approved. To prevent the possibility of rust and pitting, the stainless steel should be cleaned regularly with a non-chloride cleaner that is free from quaternary salts using a soft cloth.
