It is a portion control spoodle that provides the accurate portion control of a ladle while being as easy to use as a serving spoon. The shape and design of this Vollrath serving spoon reduces discomfort and fatigue of the hands, and the capacity of this two ounce spoon is clearly stamped into the shaft of the spoodle. This food scooper is made from 18-8 stainless steel and it has a black plastic handle that is heat resistant up to 230°F. In addition, the shafts and the bowl of this stainless steel serving spoon are both resistant to corrosion and there is even a built-in stopper notch on the spoodle that prevents it from slipping into food products. Overall, this serving spoon has a length of 12 1/2 inches and the bowl of the serving spoon has a diameter of 2 3/8 inches.
