Description
Vollrath's 72175 is an electric soup kettle. It requires a 120 volt, 10 amp dedicated outlet and is rated at 900 watts. This electric kettle measures 15 inches in diameter and 11 inches in height and it can hold up to 11 quarts. It is black and it sits on four cast iron legs for extreme stability. This electric stationary kettle is constructed from cast aluminum and it features a bottom exit power cord that stays out of your way. The recessed thermostatic controls minimize tampering while they also provide precise temperature control. For superior holding temperatures, this soup kettle holds the temperature of already prepared foods above 150?F.
Included with this Vollrath colonial soup warmer is an inset, a cover with a hinge, soup cards, and a soup'r clip. You will receive the best results with your electric soup warmer when the inset is used with the inset cover, the proper water level is maintained, and your food is stirred regularly. Be sure that you clean out your electric water kettle after every use to keep it in its regal condition.
