Description 

This Hobart slicer comes equipped with a 1/2 HP knife motor and a 6 pound capacity integrated scale. The scale on this unit has vacuum-fluorescent display with net and zero indicators are housed in an anodized aluminum extrusion that is mounted on a flexible post. Either a keystroke or any weight on the platter, will immediately reactivate the display. The CLEANCUT knife on this machine is constructed of 304L stainless steel and high performance alloy and the knife is protected by a permanently mounted ring gaurd. The top mounted Borazon stone sharpener is operated by a lever and the stones sharpen and hone in only five seconds. The heavy duty knife cover is a one piece design and is made out of 12 gauge stainless steel and is durable to maintain the shape and to ensure consistent fit. The switch on this slicer is a moisture protected toggle type and is operated by a push-pull rod. The capacity of the food carriage is 12'' in width or 7-1/2'' in diameter.
