Description 

This Hobart correctional slicer comes equipped with a 1/2 HP knife speed. This unit has a two-speed automatic carriage with front mounted controls that has 2 speed choices or manual mode. The low speed on this machine is 36 strokes per minute and the high speed is 52 strokes per minute for greater productivity. The automatic engagement and the speed selector controls are located in the front of the machine and the speed can be changed with the slicer motor either on or off. The CLEANCUT knife on this slicer is constructed of 304L stainless steel and high performance super alloy and the knife is protected by a permanently mounted ring guard. The borazon stone sharpener has a lever that operates it and has two Borazon Stones to sharpen and hone in only five seconds. The knife cover is made out of 12 gauge stainless steel and is very durable to maintain shape and ensure consistent fit. The lift lever is used for raising the slicer to the tilted position for cleaning beneath the machine. The finish of this slicer is a stainless steel carriage, gauge plate and knife cover, and also a burnished aluminum base.
