Description
This slicer is suitable for continuous use in small coffee shops, sub-shops, small restaurants, canteens, and caterers. It is ideal for slicing vegetables and processed meat, but not raw or frozen meat. This commercial slicer has a strong aluminium construction which meets safety and hygiene standards around the world. The built-in sharpeners and fire proof bottom plates come standard. It is run by a belt driven motor situated behind the blade.
