The GDM-26 is a True brand glass door merchandiser. It has a capacity of 26 cubic feet and measures as follows:

• 30 inches in length,
• 29 7/8 inches in depth, and
• 78 5/8 inches in height.

This food and beverage merchandiser has one positive seal, self-closing door with a torsion type closure system. This door is made out of “Low E,” double pane, thermal glass and has an extruded aluminum frame. The extruded aluminum door handle is 12 inches long and the magnetic door gaskets are all one piece for easy removal without tools. Inside the cabinet of this food and beverage merchandiser are four adjustable, PVC coated, heavy duty wire shelves which measure 25 11/16 inches in length and 23 ¼ inches in depth. The interior is NSF approved, white aluminum and the floor is 300 series stainless steel. The exterior is made of non-peel or chip white laminated vinyl and the entire structure is foamed-in-place with CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The welded, heavy duty, galvanized frame rail on this swing door merchandiser is dipped in rust inhibiting enamel paint to protect against corrosion and then fitted with leg levelers. The door utilizes a full-length integrated doors light system and the safety shielded, fluorescent interior lighting uses T-8 bulbs for brighter illumination and longer bulb life.

The refrigeration system inside this refrigerated display cabinet holds the temperature between 33ºF and 38ºF using CFC free, 134A refrigerant. The extra large evaporator coil is balanced with a high horsepower compressor and a large condenser. This compressor lowers energy consumption while the oversized condenser coil dissipates heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle. The epoxy coated evaporator inside this merchandising refrigerator is 20%-40% larger than factory standards and the big evaporator coils provide a faster pull down of product temperatures. The evaporator fan motor is cast iron, has a life expectancy of 15-20 years, and contains huge fan blades for a low velocity, high volume airflow. Remember that the fan blades and the condenser coil must be cleaned every thirty days with a stiff bristle brush to lower electrical costs and minimize service expenses.

This True GDM contains a convenient clean-out drain that is built into the cabinet floor. Optional features may be ordered with this food and beverage merchandiser such as stainless interior liner, a black exterior, or a red wine thermostat.
