The True's GDM-23 is a high quality glass door merchandiser. It contains a factory engineered refrigeration system that uses CFC free R134A refrigerant to maintain a temperature of 33�F to 38�F. There is in epoxy coated evaporator that is 20%-40% larger than factory standards and this evaporator has a large evaporator coil to provide a faster pull down of product temperature and a quicker recovery time. The cast iron evaporator fan motor has a life expectancy of 15-20 years and contains huge fan blades which provide shorter run times and a low velocity, high volume airflow. The oversized compressor in this food and beverage merchandiser lowers energy consumption while the big condenser and wider condenser coil dissipate heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle. It is imperative that the condenser coil and fan blades are cleaned every thirty days to lower electrical costs and minimize service expenses.

This refrigerated display cabinet has a holding capacity of 23 cubic feet and measures 27 inches in length, 29 7/8 inches in depth, and 78 5/8 inches in height. The exterior is non-peel white laminate and the interior is NSF approved white aluminum with a 300 series stainless steel floor. The entire cabinet of this commercial merchandiser is foamed-in-place with CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The welded, heavy duty, galvanized frame rail is fitted with leg levelers and is also covered in rust inhibiting paint enamel for corrosion protection. There is one self closing, positive seal door that is fitted with a 12 inch long extruded aluminum handle. This 'Low E' double pane, thermal glass door is the latest in energy efficient technology and has a torsion type closure system. Inside this swing door merchandiser there are four adjustable, PVC coated, wire shelves that measure 22 9/16 inches in length and 23 inches in depth. Also on the inside is safety shielded fluorescent lighting which utilizes electronic ballast and T-8 bulbs for increased energy efficiency and longer bulb life.
