The True TUC-27 is an undercounter one solid door refrigerator that is designed to provide you with lower temperatures and utility costs, excellent food safety, and superior value. This commercial cooler measures 27 5/8 inches in length, 30 1/8 inches in depth, and 29 3/4 inches in height with a capacity of 6.5 cubic feet and a crated weight of 190 pounds. It has a horsepower of 1/6, a voltage of 115/60/1 and 3.9 amps and it is prewired so that the 7 foot cord that is included fits into a 5-15 phase NEMA configured outlet. The exterior, as well as the floor of the interior, is made of 300 series stainless steel and it has a matching aluminum finished back. The interior is composed of NSF approved white aluminum and contains two heavy duty wire shelves which are PVC coated and are able to be adjusted on 1/2 inch increments. These shelves measure 23 1/4 inches in length and 16 inches in depth. This portable refrigerator has a capillary tubing system that uses CFC free 134A refrigerant and an oversized, factory balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow to provide a 360� airflow for uniform temperature to all products inside. The epoxy coated evaporator is 20%-40% larger than industry standards and will provide quicker temperature recovery times. The extra large evaporator coil is balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and a large condenser to maintain the temperature between 33�F and 38�F. The sealed, self-lubricating, cast iron fan motor has a life expectancy of 15-20 years, and the large fan blades on it give this undercounter refrigerator a low velocity, high volume airflow design that will provide shorter run times. You can access the condensing unit in the back of the cabinet and it easily slides out for maintenance. It is important to remember that your condenser must be cleaned every thirty days to achieve optimal performance. Therefore, you can use a stiff bristle brush to clean the dirt off the condenser coil and the fan. For units that are outdoors, after brushing the condenser coil, it is important to blow C02 through the condenser from the fin side to the fan.

The door on this front breathing commercial cooler is fitted with a 12 inch recessed door handle that is foamed in place using a sheet metal interlock to insure permanent attachment. The positive seal, self-closing door has a 90� stay open feature and swings within the cabinet dimensions and this solid door, as well as the entire cabinet, is foamed-in-place using high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. A couple other features include castors that are 5 inches in diameter and a magnetic door gasket that is all one piece so it can be removed for cleaning without tools. When cleaning your True industrial refrigerator be sure to use the right products to ensure optimal performance. The stainless steel must be cleaned with a soft cloth and non-chloride cleaning products to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting. Also, be sure to always clean off deposits of food and hard water, because these are very bad for the stainless steel.
