The TSA7109 is an Anvil brand, light duty, concession electric sandwich press that can also grill steaks, bacon, sausage, and much more. It comes standard with a heat resistant handle to protect against burns and a drip cup to catch excess grease. This commercial grill is made of stainless steel and the grilling plates are made of aluminum. The lower grill has a cooking surface of 13 inches by 14 inches and the upper grill is hinged and adjustable so it allows a variety of food thickness. You can leave the top plate of this deluxe sandwich press up and it becomes a grill for steaks, burgers, hot dogs, or bacon. Because this griddle is non-stick, there is no need for aluminum foil or seasoning, and it makes grilling a whole lot easier.
