The True’s TSSU-72-30M-B-ST is a three door sandwich and salad prep table. It requires 115 volt, 1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet and comes with a 7 foot cord and plug at no extra charge. There are three doors in this food station, and the doors, as well as the sides, front, and top, are all stainless steel, and the back is finished with aluminum. This salad prep station measures 72 3/8 inches in length, 34 1/8 inches in depth and 40 3/8 inches in height, and it sits on 5 inch in diameter stem casters that have locks on the front set. NSF approved, white aluminum liner makes up the interior, and the interior floor is 300 series stainless steel. Six adjustable shelves come standard with this refrigerated prep table, and these shelves are heavy duty and made from PVC coated wire. The two shelves in the right compartment and the two shelves in the left compartment measure 21 9/16 inches in length and 16 inches in depth while the two shelves in the middle compartment measure 23 1/2 inches in length and 16 inches in depth. The shelves are supported on shelf pilasters and they are also adjustable on 1/2 inch increments.

There are three storage compartments in this sandwich prep station, and each compartments has its own positive seal door. The recessed door handles are foamed in place for permanent attachment, and the doors in the right and left sides swing within the cabinet dimensions and have a 90º stay open feature. To keep the food products fresher, minimize condensation, and keep the pans colder, there are also stainless steel, foam insulated lids and hoods. Another excellent feature of this sandwich prep station is the 8 7/8 inch deep, full length, removable cutting board that is made from NSF approved, white polyethylene.

To keep the temperature between 33ºF and 41ºF, this True refrigerated food prep table utilizes a self-contained, factory engineered, capillary tube system and 134A refrigerant. It has a guided airflow to provide an even temperature throughout the food pans and cabinet interior. This sandwich prep table also has sealed, cast iron evaporator fan motors and large fan blades to give a low velocity, high volume airflow as well as faster temperature recovery times. To provide a more efficient refrigeration cycle and to dissipate heat faster, there is an oversized condenser in this refrigerated food station, and the entire cabinet is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation.

The condenser coil and the fan blades of this refrigerated salad prep station should be cleaned every thirty days with a stiff wire brush, because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure. Be sure that you clean the stainless steel regularly with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth, because hard water and food deposits can lead to rust and pitting on stainless steel if they are not cleaned off properly.
