This refrigerated prep table is the True TSSU-60-24M-B-ST. It requires a 115 volt, 1 phase, 10 amp dedicated outlet and has a holding capacity of 15.5 cubic feet. There are two doors on this food prep station, and inside each door are two adjustable, PVC coated, wire shelves that each measure 27 ½ inches in length and 16 inches in depth. These shelves are adjustable on 1/2 inch increments and they are held on shelf pilasters. The interior of this sandwich and salad food prep table is NSF approved white aluminum liner and the interior floor is 300 series stainless steel with coved corners. This entire table, including the doors, is foamed in place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. On the outside, the front, top, and cabinet ends are stainless steel while the backed is finished in matching aluminum. This food station sits on 5 inch in diameter stem casters that have locks on the front set.


The two doors of this True prep table are stainless steel on the exterior with white aluminum liner. They are positive seal, self-closing with a 90º stay open feature, and they swing within the cabinet dimensions. Each door has a 12 inch long, recessed door handle that is permanently attached, and the door gaskets are all one piece and can be removed without tools for cleaning. On the stainless steel table of this food prep station is a full length, NSF approved, polyethylene cutting board. There is also a pan rail that can hold 24 clear, polycarbonate, NSF approved, food pans (food pans included). This pan rail is stainless steel, and it has foam insulated lids and two hoods to keep the food in the pans colder and minimize condensation. The pans in this restaurant sandwich and salad prep station are removable for easy cleaning.


A factory-engineered, self contained, capillary tubing system is utilized inside of this refrigerated salad station, and it uses CFC free, 134A refrigerant. The forced-air design of the system holds the temperature from 33ºF to 41ºF, and the condensing unit in the back slides out easy for maintenance. The guided airflow in this sandwich prep table provides a uniform temperature in the cabinet, and the compressor is oversized to provide shorter run times and lower energy consumption. The evaporator used in this food station is 20%-40% larger than factory standards, and the evaporator fan motor has a life expectancy of 15-20 years. Be sure that you clean the condenser coil and teh fan blades every thirty days with a stiff bristle brush to lower electrical costs and minimize service expense. Don’t forget that a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure.


A one year warranty on parts and labor covers this food table, and the compressor is backed by a five year warranty. The stainless steel is high quality so it should be cleaned regularly with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to prevent the possibility of rust and pitting. Optional features are available including a sneezeguard, pan dividers, a crumb catcher, or additional shelves. A 7 foot cord and plug are included at no extra charge.
