Additionally, the guided airflow provides uniform temperature in a 360? circle throughout cabinet for stay-fresh meats and cheeses, and colder crisper salads. Holds 33?F to 41?F product temperature in pans. It comes with all stainless steel front, top and sides. The stainless steel patented foam insulated cover keeps pans colder to lock in freshness and also minimizes condensation.  For energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, this table has a foamed-in-place polyurethane high density cell insulation that is CFC free.
