Included are the standard (1/6 size) 6'' x 6'' x 4'' clear polycarbonate insert pans (positioned in counter top). Also, this table comes with a removable back hood and lid. over sized oversized and balanced, environmentally friendly (134A), refrigeration system, directs the airflow at pans for colder temperatures. Additionally, the guided airflow provides uniform temperature in a 360º circle throughout cabinet for stay-fresh meats and cheeses, and colder crisper salads. Holds 33ºF to 41ºF product temperature in pans. It comes with all stainless steel front, top and sides. The stainless steel patented foam insulated cover keeps pans colder to lock in freshness and also minimizes condensation.  For energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, this table has a foamed-in-place polyurethane high density cell insulation that is CFC free.
