Description

This True food prep table features extra wide 11-3/4'' full length removable cutting board with a versatile, sanitary, high density polyethylene provides tough surface.  Additionally, this table comes standard with (1/6 size) 6'' x 6'' x 4'' clear polycarbonate insert pans included (positioned in counter-top) and a removable back hood and Over-sized. Oversized and balanced, environmentally friendly (134A), refrigeration system, with airflow directed at pans for colder temperatures. The table's guided airflow provides uniform temperature in a 360º circle throughout cabinet for stay fresh meats and cheeses, and colder crisper salads. Holds 33ºF to 41ºF product temperature in pans. It comes with all stainless steel front, top and sides. Stainless steel patented foam insulated cover keeps pans colder to lock in freshness and helps minimize condensation. For energy efficiency and environmental concern, this table has foamed-in-place polyurethane high density cell insulation that's CFC free.
