The True's TSSU-27-8 is a high quality sandwich and salad food prep table. It is completely prewired in the factory and the 7 foot cord is ready for connection into a 115 volt, NEMA configured outlet. The oversized refrigeration system in this commercial food prep table has a guided airflow to provide a uniform temperature of 33�F to 41�F in the cabinet interior and in the food pans. It uses CFC free, 134A refrigerant and the forced air design is ANSI/NSF-7-1997-6.3 compliant. There is an oversized compressor to provide the industry's coldest standard temperatures and lower energy consumption, while the large condenser coil dissipates heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle. The epoxy coated evaporator is 20%-40% larger than factory standards and the cast iron evaporator fan motor and large fan blades provide shorter run times. There is a one year warranty on all parts and labor and an additional four year warranty on the compressor. It is very important to clean the condenser coil and the fan blades every thirty days with a stiff bristle brush because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure.

The exterior of this refrigerated sandwich and salad station is all stainless steel, except for the back which is made of aluminum. The interior is NSF approved white aluminum liner and has a floor with coved corners that is made out of 300 series stainless steel. The solid door, along with the entire cabinet structure, is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The stem castors are 5 inches in diameter and locks are provided on the front set. This True food prep stand has one solid, positive seal, self-closing door that swings within the cabinet dimensions. The door is fitted with a 12 inch recessed door handle that is foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock to insure permanent attachment. Inside of this sandwich/salad prep stand are two PVC coated wire shelves that are adjustable on 1/2 inch increments.
