Description

The TSSU-27-12M-C is a solid door sandwich/salad prep table that has a holding capacity of 6.5 cubic feet. This refrigerated food prep stand measures 27 5/8 inches in length, 34 1/8 inches in depth, and 40 3/8 inches in height. The countertop pan opening can hold up to 12 pans on the top. Nine clear, polycarbonate, NSF approved food pans are included at no extra cost and these pans each measure 6 7/8 inches in length, 6 ¼ inches in width, and 4 inches in depth. Each pan comes with a flat, stainless steel, foam insulated lid. These lids, along with the hood on top of the countertop prep area, lock in freshness, keep pans’ temperature, and minimize condensation. Also includes is a 8 7/8 inches deep, full length, removable cutting board that is NSF approved and made of polyethylene to provide a tough preparation surface.

The door on this refrigerated sandwich and salad stand has a stainless steel exterior and is lined with white aluminum. The positive seal, self closing door has a 90º stay open feature and swings within the cabinet dimensions. There is a door handle on this True sandwich and salad prep table that is 12 inches long and foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock to insure permanent attachment. The magnetic door gasket is all one piece so it can be removed easily for cleaning and the stem castors are all 5 inches in diameter. CFC free polyurethane insulation is used in the entire cabinet and the whole exterior of this refrigerated salad unit, except for the aluminum back, is made of stainless steel to reduce against dents and scratches. This stainless steel is very durable, but rust and pitting may occur if food and hard water deposits are not cleaned off for long periods of time. Therefore, you should clean these deposits off with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth.

There are two heavy duty, PVC coated, wire shelves inside the cabinet of this True food prep table. Both shelves measure 23 ¼ inches in length and 16 inches in depth and come with four chrome plated shelf clips. A 7 foot cord is included and ready to be plugged into a 115 volt, NEMA configured outlet. The temperature of this restaurant sandwich/salad station is held between 33ºF and 41ºF with an oversized refrigeration system that uses CFC free, 134A refrigerant. The forced air design provides an even temperature in the food pans and the cabinet interior, and the epoxy coated evaporator motor with large fan blades insure colder temperatures and shorter run times. The oversized compressor in this refrigerated food prep table provides lower energy consumption while the large condenser coil dissipates heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle. Always clean your condenser coil and fan blades every thirty days to lower electrical costs and minimize service expenses.

Some optional features are available with this sandwich and salad prep table, such as a crumb catcher, pan dividers, additional shelves, or a sneezeguard. There is a one year warranty on all parts and labor and a five year warranty on the compressor.
