This sandwich and salad prep table is the True TSSU-72-18. Its refrigeration system uses CFC free, 134A refrigerant and the forced-air design holds the temperature between 33ºF and 41ºF. It is made with an epoxy coated evaporator that is 20%-40% larger than factory standards and an evaporator fan motor that has a life expectancy of 15-20 years. This evaporator fan motor has extra large fan blades to give this refrigerated food prep table a low velocity, high volume airflow and to provide shorter run times. There is also an oversized compressor that lowers energy consumption and the condenser coil is bigger to dissipate heat faster and provide a more efficient refrigeration cycle. This sandwich/salad stand is ANSI/NSF-7-1997-6.3 compliant and the condensing unit slides out of the back of the cabinet for easy maintenance. It is important that the condenser coil and the fan blades are cleaned every thirty days with a stiff bristle brush to lower electrical costs and minimize service expenses, because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure.

The interior of this True sandwich/salad prep table is NSF approved white aluminum and has a 300 series stainless steel floor with coved corners. The entire cabinet is foamed-in-place with CFC free, polyurethane insulation and there are 5 inch in diameter stem castors with locks provided on the front set. The exterior back is aluminum and the rest is made of stainless steel to protect against dents and scratches. The top of this refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table is a stainless steel hood that covers 18 clear, polycarbonate, NSF approved, food pans. These food pans each measure 6 inches in length, 6 inches in width, and 4 inches in depth, but they can all be removed and various sized pans can fit in the opening (these different sized pans are not included). Each pan comes with a stainless steel top that is foam insulated to interlock the freshness of the food and minimize condensation.

This commercial food prep stand measures 72 3/8 inches in length, 30 1/8 inches in depth, and 36 3/4 inches in height. The 7 foot cord is ready for final connection into a 115 volt NEMA configured outlet. Inside of the cabinet there are six PVC coated, adjustable wire shelves that each come with four chrome plated shelf clips. Another extra feature that comes with this restaurant sandwich and salad prep stand is an 11 7/8 inch long, removable, high density, polyethylene cutting board. Optional features can be ordered for this food prep station also, such as a sneeze guard, a crumb catcher, or a service shelf.
