APW Wyott's Hot Rod flat surface rolling grill is tailor designed for great tasting hot dogs. The HR-20 can cover your demand by providing fast start up and recovery times. The two cooking zones can easily be turned to grilling temperatures enabling you to cook hot dogs in 4 minutes. The hot dog roller can be switched between "clerk served" and self serve" operations. - Can grill up to 340 hot dog franks per hour
