Description
The Robot Coupe R2 Ultra B is a 3 qt. Food Processor Cutter/Mixer. This unit is the base, stainless steel bowl and "S" blade only. This unit is great for mixing, chopping, pureeing and blending. It prepares 850 servings in 3 hours or less. Vegetable prep attachments specially designed for quality, continuous feed slicing, shredding, grating and julienne. Accommodates 21 different processing plates. Direct-drive, fan-cooled 1/2 HP motor. Attachments easily removed for cleaning. Equiped with an On/Off Pulse Switch, single speed 1725 rpm, 120/60/1ph. Continuous feed vegetable prep attachment with two deep feed openings is not offered with this unit but can be purchased with Model R2N Ultra.
