Refrigerated Sandwich Prep Table, 9 Pan, 27'', Traulsen UPT279

The Traulsen’s UPT279 is a sandwich and salad prep table that requires a 115 volt, 1 phase, 5 amp dedicated outlet. It is NSF and UL approved and is backed by a one year parts and labor warranty and a five year compressor warranty. This refrigerated prep table holds the temperature between 34ºF and 38ºF using R134A refrigerant and a rear mounted, balanced, front breathing, self-contained refrigeration system. This refrigeration system utilizes a capillary tube metering device, an air cooled hermetic compressor, a forced air evaporator coil, and a non-electric condensate evaporator.

This commercial prep table measures 27 inches in width, 33 3/8 inches in depth, and 35 1/2 inches in height. It is 22 gauge stainless steel on the front exterior, sides, louver assembly, and doors, and the back and bottom are made from galvanized steel. On the inside of this kitchen salad prep station, there are two wire, powder coated shelves that are mounted on pilasters. The interior is anodized aluminum, as is the door liner. The door of this salad prep table has a recessed handle. It also self closes at less than 90 degrees and stays open at more than 105 degrees. There is a vinyl magnetic door gasket that ensures tight seal with this refrigerated prep table, and the entire table and the door is insulated with 2 inch thick, high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation.

Attached to this Traulsen sandwich and salad prep table is a full length, reversible, nylon cutting board. There is also a long pan rail that holds nine 4 inch deep plastic pans (pans included). The plastic pans in the preparation station have stainless steel dividers and a stainless steel pan cover to help keep you vegetables and other foods fresh and cool. Included at no extra charge is an 8 foot cord and plug, and a one year warranty on parts and labor and a five year warranty on the compressor. For ease in checking the temperature of your stainless steel food prep table, there is even an interior mounted thermometer. This entire salad table sits on six inch adjustable legs, but an equipment stand is available instead of the legs. Also optional is a stainless steel back or extra shelves.
