This sandwich prep table is the Traulsen UPT4812, which measures 48 inches in width, 33 3/8 inches in depth, and 35 ½ inches in height. It requires a 115 volt, 1 phase, 10 amp dedicated outlet and is rated at 520 watts. Twelve food holding pans can fit inside this salad and sandwich prep table, and these pans are included at no extra charge. These four inch deep plastic pans have a stainless steel pan divider and a stainless steel cover to keep your foods fresh, and the pan cover is removable. Another extra is the fact that a reversible, full length, nylon cutting board is attached to the table. The exterior front, one piece sides, doors and one piece louver system inside this food station are all 22 gauge steel. The interior and the door liners are made from anodized aluminum while the exterior back and bottom are galvanized steel.

There are two doors on this stainless steel salad prep table, and each door has a recessed handle, self closes at less than 90º, and stays open at more than 105º. The vinyl magnetic doors gaskets ensure that the door is shut tightly, and the doors, as well as the entire table, are insulated with 2 inch thick, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. Inside of each door on this sandwich and salad prep station are two powder coated wire shelves. The shelves are mounted on pilasters and they are adjustable in ½ inch increments.

The refrigeration system in this refrigerated sandwich prep table is balanced, rear mounted, front breathing, and self contained. It uses R134A refrigerant to keep the temperature between 34ºF and 38ºF. Also inside of this preparation table is a capillary tube metering, an air-cooled hermetic compressor, a forced air evaporator coil, and a non-electric condensate evaporator. An 8 foot cord and plug is included. This refrigerated salad and sandwich prep station is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor and a five year warranty on the compressor. Optional is a second year extended warranty. It is also NSF and UL approved. The stainless steel should be cleaned often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting. Be sure that you clean the condenser coil every thirty days, because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure.
