The TS-49 is an oversized, factory balanced, two door refrigeration system which holds the temperature at 33ºF to 38ºF for optimal food preservation. It measures 29 1/2 inches in diameter, 78 3/8 inches in height, and 54 1/8 inches in length, and 29 1/2 inches in depth, with an interior of 49 cubic feet. This commercial cooler consists of two extremely wide, 300 series stainless steel doors with high tensile strength that provide fewer dents and scratches. To ensure that scratches and dents do not occur the stainless steel must always be cleaned with a soft cloth and never a wire brush or steel pad.
This reach-in cooler has a ½ horsepower and is prewired in the factory for final connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet. The TS 49 contains 6 adjustable, heavy duty, PVC coated wire shelves that are 22 3/8 inches in depth and 24 9/16 inches in length. The shelves are adjustable on ½ inch increments and each shelf comes with four chrome plated shelf clips The interior is lined on the sides and the floor with 300 series stainless steel and the entire cabinet is insulated with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The refrigeration system of this restaurant cooler is a self-contained, factory engineered capillary tube system which uses 134A , CFC free refrigerant. It also has a cast iron fan motor and larger fan blades which lead this model to have a low velocity and a high volume airflow. The condenser on this food and beverage cooler, as with any refrigerator, must be cleaned every thirty day to ensure lower electrical costs and service expenses. When cleaning the condenser coil always unplug the commercial cooler first, then clean the dirt off the coil and fan with a stiff bristle brush.
The TS-49 restaurant cooler has excellent incandescent interior lighting which is activated by a rocket switch mounted above the door. Another helpful feature this model contains is an exterior mounted solar, digital temperature monitor. The evaporator is epoxy coated to eliminate corrosion and this model is NSF-7 compliant for open food products. There are even some optional accessories that can go with this food and beverage cooler, such as additional shelves and half and full door bun racks.
