The T-35 is a reach-in, solid two door refrigeration system. It is designed with long lasting, durable material to provide the user with a food coolant system that one can depend on. This reach-in cooler holds the temperature at 33°F to 38ºF for the best food preservation possible. The refrigeration system is composed of a factory engineered capillary tube system that uses CFC free, 134A refrigerant, which is perfect for environmentally friendly users. The coil balanced evaporator is extra large, as is the condenser. The compressor has a 1/2 horsepower, and the 9 foot cord that is included with this unit fits in 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp outlet. The T35 model is 29 ½ inches in depth and 39 ½ inches in length with a height of 78 3/8 inches. The capacity of this unit is 35 cubic feet and it has a crated weight of 355 pounds. This refrigeration system has six heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves that are 17 ½ inches in length and 22 3/8 inches in depth. These shelves, which are adjustable on ½ inch increments, are supported on pilasters composed of white aluminum liner that is NSF approved. The exterior of the True T-35 is composed of 300 series stainless steel on the front, grill, and shroud, and the ends and back of this model are made up of anodized quality aluminum. If cleaned correctly and consistently with a non-chloride cleaner then the stainless steel will remain rust free and beautifully shiny. The two doors on this unit are extend the full width of the cabinet shelf and they are also self-closing with a positive seal for maximum food protection. Each recessed door handle is 12” in length and is attached with a sheet metal interlock to insure permanent attachment, and the door handles even come with a lifetime guarantee. This commercial cooler comes with a one year warranty on all parts and labor there is also a five year warranty on the compressor. This restaurant cooler has some optional features as well, such as alternate door hinging or remote cabinets.
