The Traulsen G10011 is rated at 644 watts and requires a 115 volt, 1 phase, 10 amp dedicated outlet. It is composed of one full door that is hinged on the left side. This G-series refrigerator utilizes R134A refrigerant to maintain the temperature between 34ºF and 38ºF. Its top-mounted, balanced, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes a front facing condenser, an air cooled hermetic compressor, a thermostatic expansion valve, and a top-mounted non-electric condensate evaporator. Also inside of this reach-in refrigerator, located outside of the food zone, is a large, high humidity evaporator coil. Don’t forget that condensers get very dirty quite fast and a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure. That is why the condenser should be cleaned every thirty days with a stiff wire brush.

The exterior front, louver one piece assembly, and the one door on this commercial refrigerator are 20 gauge stainless steel and the top, back, and bottom are aluminized steel. Anodized aluminum makes up the cabinet sides, interior and door liner. This entire food and beverage refrigerator sits on 6 inch high casters and its door has a gasket protecting metal door pan. The door is also equipped with removable plug cylinder locks and cam-lift, self-closing, metal glide hinges that have a 120º stay open feature. For ease of cleaning, the vinyl magnetic door gasket is removable, and it ensures that the door is sealed tightly. The door of this restaurant refrigerator has a recessed, guaranteed for life door handle, and behind the door opening is an anti-condensate heater. Two inch thick, CFC free, high density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to the door and the entire cabinet for excellent refrigeration efficiency.

Incandescent interior lighting lights up the interior of this one door refrigerator and also standard is a water resistant microprocessor control system. It features a three digit LED display and shows the temperature in Fahrenheit and Celsius. Inside of the refrigerator are three epoxy coated shelves that can hold up to 225 lbs. each. These shelves are the full width of the refrigerator interior and they are mounted on shelf pins.
