T-23 is the latest innovation in refrigeration technology. It is made with the finest stainless steel available for a higher tensile strength and fewer dents and scratches. This commercial cooler consists of one reach-in solid door and three heavy-duty adjustable shelves that are PVC coated for optimal performance. It has an attractive interior made with white aluminum liner which is NSF approved. The entire cabinet structure and the solid door are foamed-in-place using high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The cabinet of the T23 is mounted on a welded, heavy duty frame and is even rail dipped in rust inhibiting enamel paint for corrosion protection inside and out. It also has a one piece magnetic door gasket which is removable without tools for simple cleaning. This restaurant cooler includes positive seal self-closing doors and there is even a lifetime guarantee on the door hinges and torsion type closure system.
The True T-23 is 23 cubic feet and 78 3/8 inches in depth. It has a voltage of 115/60/1 and weighs 260 pounds. The bottom mounted units feature a “no stoop” lower shelf and even storage on top of the cabinet. This food and beverage cooler has an easy to read exterior mounted temperature monitor and the evaporator is epoxy coated to further eliminate corrosion. This refrigeration system is completely pre-wired at the factory and ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and the cord and plug set is included at no extra charge. The interior has excellent incandescent lighting and is safety shielded, with the lights being activated by a rocker switch that is mounted above the door. It is very important to remember to take care of your True commercial cooler. One very important thing to do is to always wipe down the stainless steel with non-chlorine cleaners to lessen the possibility of rust and pitting. The inside of the refrigeration system must be taken care of also. It is of extreme importance that the condenser coil and fan be cleaned of dust and dirt build up every thirty days with a stiff bristle brush and the interior floor can be kept clean with a shop vac.
