This G-series Traulsen is the G20002. It requires a 115 volt, 1 phase, 7.4 amp dedicated outlet, and has two refrigeration sections with each section featuring two half doors. This reach-in refrigerator has a holding capacity of 46 cubic feet, and its four half doors are right hinged. Standard is microprocessor control that is water resistant and easy to use. This control features a three digit LED display and Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature display. Each section in this food and beverage refrigerator has three epoxy coated shelves that are mounted on shelf pins and each shelf can hold up to 225 lbs.

The temperature of this four half door reach-in cooler is adjustable between 34ºF and 38ºF, and it is maintained with R134A refrigerant that is located behind the one piece louver assembly. This refrigeration system is top-mounted, balanced, and self contained, and it utilizes a thermostatic expansion valve, an air-cooled hermetic compressor, and a top mounted, non-electric condensate evaporator. Located outside of the food zone of this freezer-less refrigerator is a high humidity evaporator coil and a front facing condenser that is quite simple to clean. Be sure that your clean the condenser every thirty days with a stiff wire brush, because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure. After cleaning the condenser, you can vacuum dirt from the interior floor of the refrigerator to keep your food products from getting dirty.

The exterior front, louver assembly, and doors are made from 20 gauge stainless steel; the cabinet sides, interior, and door liners are made from anodized aluminum; and the exterior top, back, and bottom are made from heavy gauge aluminized steel. The four doors feature:

• Gasket protecting metal door pans,
• Removable plug cylinder locks,
• Guaranteed for life lift-cam, metal glide hinges with a 120º stay open feature, and
• Recessed door handles

This commercial refrigerator also has vinyl magnetic gaskets to ensure the doors seal tightly, an anti-condensate heater behind each door, and a concealed switch that activates the automatic incandescent interior lighting. The doors and the cabinet are all foamed in place with CFC free, 2 inch thick, polyurethane insulation and the entire refrigerator sits on six inch casters.

A one year parts and labor warranty and a five year compressor warranty back this Traulsen refrigerator. It is UL and NSF approved as well, and comes with a 9 foot cord and plug at no extra charge. The stainless steel needs to be cleaned regularly with a chloride free cleaner and a soft cloth to prevent the possibility of rust and pitting. Options are available with this reach-in cooler including chrome plated shelves, extra epoxy coated shelves, or even six inch adjustable legs.
