TIP: Condenser coils must be cleaned every thirty days for the best performance possible, because if they are not it can lead to compressor failure. A stiff bristle brush can be used to clean the condenser coils and the fan and a shop vac may be used to clean the dirt from the interior floor. And don't forget that when cleaning you condenser coil you must disconnect the power first.
