Traulsen's G22011 is a G-series reach-in freezer that requires a 115 volt, 1 phase, 11.2 amp dedicated outlet. It measures 35 inches in length, 52-1/8 inches in width, 77-1/4 inches in height and it has a holding capacity of 46 cubic feet. There are two freezing sections in this commercial freezer and each section has a solid door. The exterior front, doors, and louver assembly are all constructed from 20 gauge stainless steel while the exterior top, back, and bottom are made from heavy gauge aluminized steel. Anodized aluminum makes up the sides, interior, and door liners of this restaurant freezer. Inside each section of this freezer are three epoxy coated, full width, wire shelves that are held by shelf pins. Each shelf can hold up to 225 lbs!

The doors of this two door freezer have vinyl magnetic door gaskets that ensure that the doors are tightly sealed, and these gaskets can easily be removed for cleaning. Each door features a metal door pan to protect the gaskets, a removable plug cylinder with locks, and a lift-cam hinge that is guaranteed for life, which gives the doors a 120º stay open feature. A recessed door handle is fitted onto both doors of this restaurant freezer and behind each door is an anti-condensate heater. The cabinet and the doors are foamed-in-place with CFC free, high density, polyurethane insulation. For excellent food visibility with your industrial freezer, there is even incandescent interior lighting.

The refrigeration system of this two door freezer is top mounted, balanced, and self-contained. It uses R404A refrigerant to keep the temperature between 0º to -5ºF and the temperature is displayed by a water resistant microprocessor control system that features three digit LED display; it can display the temperature as Fahrenheit and Celsius. This refrigeration system utilizes a:

• Front facing condenser that is easy to clean,
• Thermostatic expansion valve,
• Air-cooled hermetic compressor,
• Large, high humidity evaporator coil located outside the food zone, and
• Top mounted, non-electric condensate evaporator.

This entire stainless steel freezer sits on six inch casters and comes with a 9 foot cord and plug at no extra charge. Be sure that you clean the stainless steel often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to prevent rust and pitting. In addition, the condenser coil must be cleaned every thirty days with a stiff wire brush because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure. Optional features can be ordered such as six inch adjustable legs, extra shelves, or even chrome plated shelves. This industrial freezer is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor and a five year warranty on the compressor. It is NSF and UL approved.
