Reach-In Freezer, 1 Door Commercial Freezer, Stainless Steel Freezer, Traulsen G12011

This commercial reach-in freezer is Traulsen’s G-series G12000. It requires a 115 volt, 1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet and measures as follows:

• 29 7/8 inches in width,
• 35 inches in depth, and
• 83 ¼ inches in height.

It has a holding capacity of 24 cubic feet and comes with a 9 foot cord and plug. There is a water resistant microprocessor control system in this restaurant freezer that is very easy to use. It comes with a three digit LED display and Fahrenheit or Celsius display capacity. On the inside of this commercial freezer there are three epoxy coated wire shelves that are mounted onto shelf pins, and each has a holding capacity of 225 lbs.

This one solid door freezer has one freezing section and is stainless steel on the exterior front, door, and one piece louver assembly. The exterior top, bottom, and back are made from heavy gauge aluminized steel while the sides, interior, and door liner are anodized aluminum. To keep the door dependable in high use situations, there are removable plug cylinder locks, and guaranteed for life, cam-lift, self closing, metal glide hinges with a 120 degree stay open feature. The hinges have a concealed switch that automatically turns on the incandescent interior lights, so you will have superior food viewing capabilities with this one door freezer. To give added space to your bust kitchen, the door handles are even recessed. Behind each door in this reach-in freezer is an anti-condensate heater, and this entire freezer, including the doors, is foamed in place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation which is two inches thick.

A top mounted, self contained refrigeration system is in this Traulsen freezer, and it contains an easily cleaned front condenser, a thermostatic expansion valve, and an air cooler hermetic compressor. The large humidity evaporator coil is located outside of the food zone and the non-electric condensate evaporator is top mounted. R404A refrigerant is used in this commercial freezer to maintain the temperature between 0ºF and -5ºF.

It is very important that you clean the condenser coil every thirty days with a stiff bristle brush, because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure. The stainless steel needs to be cleaned regularly as well, using a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth. A one year parts and labor warranty and a five year compressor warranty cover this stainless steel freezer. Optional features include a two year parts and labor warranty, chrome plated shelves, or extra epoxy coated shelves.
