It has a completely stainless steel exterior and comes with a single deck high shelf for extra storage. This range is UL approved and is backed by a one year limited warranty on parts and labor. Be sure that you clean the stainless steel often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to prevent the possibility of rust and pitting. Included with this kitchen range is a ¾ inch NPT gas connection and a gas pressure regulator, and it measures 72 inches in width, 33 1/8 inches in depth, and 57 ½ inches in height.
This commercial gas range has two ovens that have full porcelain interiors and ribbed doors for excellent durability. There is a cast iron “H” shaped burner in each oven that uses 40,000 BTUs per hour. The frames of the ovens are fully welded, heavy gauge steel, and both have interiors that measure 26 ¼ inches in width, 27 inches in depth, and 14 5/16 inches in height. Also, each oven in this professional gas range comes with a removable bottom, removable chrome plated oven side racks, and one chrome plated oven rack. A push button ignition system heats up the burners, which can be adjusted form 150ºF to 500ºF. Each oven in this range also has a manual heat control valve or thermostat.
Above the ovens of this Therma-Teck gas range are six open top burners and a griddle. The cast iron burners are each covered with cast iron top grates, and each also utilizes a cast iron venturi system that is lit by a spill-proof igniter. Every burner of this gas cooking range has its own infinite adjustment brass valve and each burner is rated at 30,000 BTUs per hour. The griddle plate is 36 inches long and ¾ inches thick polished steel, and it uses three “H” shaped burners that are each rated at only 20,000 BTUs per hour. The griddle on this stainless steel cooking range has a manual control for each burner, a spatula wide grease trough, and a huge capacity grease can with an integral lid.
This gas range uses at total of 320,000 BTUs per hour. Don’t forget that this kitchen range, which comes with 6 inch adjustable legs, requires a 12 inch side and 6 inch back clearance from combustible materials. Extra oven racks, a 17 inch high back guard, or a thicker griddle plate may be ordered.
