Description 

The TMDS60-6-24RGB-2 is a gas commercial range that runs on natural or propane gas. It has six open top burners, a raised griddle plate, with a char-broiler directly underneath, and two ovens, as well as a single deck high shelf. Included at no extra charge with this professional gas range is a ¾ inch NPT gas connection, a gas pressure regulator. The entire exterior is stainless steel. Because stainless steel has a tendency to rust and pit over time due to hard water and food deposits, be sure that you clean the stainless steel with a soft cloth and a chloride-free cleaner.


There are six lift off, cast iron, open top burners on this stainless steel gas range that each use 30,000 BTUs per hour giving off a total of 295,000 with the broiler and grill. Cast iron top grates cover each burner, and every burner has its own brass valve that utilizes infinite heat adjustment. The burners of this restaurant gas range are lit by a spill-proof pilot ignition system. To the right of these burners is a raised griddle. The griddle on this commercial range is a ¾ inch thick, polished steel plate that is heated by three burners that are each controlled by an individual valve. Every 12 inch section of this griddle has its own manual control and it also has some excellent feature that make cleaning up a breeze. This gas cooking range has a spatula wide grease trough and a large capacity grease can that has an integral lid.


Underneath the raised griddle and the open top burners of this Therma-Tek range are two ovens that have interiors that measure 26 ¼ inches in width, 27 inches in depth, and 14 5/16 inches in height. The oven interiors are fully porcelain and each has removable chrome plated oven side racks, a removable oven bottom, and one chrome plated oven rack. The doors of both the ovens in this professional gas range are ribbed for extra durability, and the burners in each oven are “H” shaped. These burners are lit by a push button igniter, each uses 40,000 BTUs per hour, and their temperature can be adjusted from 150ºF to 500ºF.


Be sure that you clean the inside of your ovens with warm soapy water. Also, do not use aluminum foil inside the oven because this interrupts the air distribution. The burners have to be removed and cleaned under as well. Optional features are available with this commercial gas range including 6 inch swivel casters, a 17 inch high backguard, or a thicker griddle plate.
