There is an “H” shaped burner that is rated at 40,000 BTUs per hour and this burner utilizes a push button ignition system. A thermostat adjust the temperature of the oven in this restaurant range between 150ºF and 500ºF. Also included at no extra charge is a removable oven bottom and one chrome plated oven rack.
This Thema-Tek gas kitchen range can come with optional features such as 6 inch swivel casters, a thicker griddle plate, or extra oven racks. The griddle should be cleaned after every use and the oven should also be cleaned regularly with warm soapy water. Don’t use aluminum foil in your oven because this will interrupt airflow and may cause your foods to cook unevenly.
