Description
What are ramekins used for? Most of the staff here at Jean's Restaurant Supply love a good salsa! So, among many other uses, a ramekin can be used to hold a good homemade salsa. South Texas Fire Hot Mango Salsa 4 lg. Diced Tomatoes
1 lg. Diced Onion
2 Chopped Jalape?o Peppers
2 Chopped Haba?ero Peppers
1/4 Diced Yellow Bell Pepper
1/4 Diced Green Bell Pepper
2 Mangoes, Peeled, Seeded, and Chopped (2 Cups)
2 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1 Tsp. White Vinegar
1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. Chill for at least 3 hours.
