Radiant Charbroiler 36-3/4'' W, Gas Counter Model, Baker's Pride XX-6

The XX-6 is a Baker’s Pride radiant charbroiler that is perfect for cooking steaks, chicken, seafood, hamburgers, and much more. It is NSF and AGA approved and the body is composed of a unitized heavy plate steel. This gas broiler is 36 ¾ inches wide, 30 inches deep, and 13 ¼ inches tall. The exterior is all stainless steel and it comes with four inch legs and a stainless steel grease drawer/water pan the slides out. This restaurant broiler has six grates and each grate has its own burner. These clog-proof, aluminized, steel burners feature flame guards on the underside of each burner to protect grease from direct contact with the flames. The top grates are cast iron and for extra safety there are stainless steel radiant heat deflectors. Each burner in this gas broiler uses 18,000 BTUs per hour and the the broiler uses only 31.64 KWH. Included with this charbroiler is a ¾ inch NPT gas connection in the rear and a gas pressure regulator. This high quality broiler is backed by a one year limited warranty on parts and labor.

This Baker’s Pride radiant charbroiler has channels from the top grates to the grease trough for easy maintenance. To protect this long term investment it is important to clean the top broiling grates after every use with a wire brush. The stainless steel should be wiped down often with a soft cloth and a cleaner that is free of chlorides and quaternary salts and this will protect against the possibility of rust and pitting. Optional features are available such as overhead back shelves, grate lifters, gas connector hoses, and a stainless steel equipment stand.

When cooking with your gas charbroiler be sure to preheat the burners and dip your food products in oil to reduce sticking. This XX6 gas broiler requires no clearances but must be placed in a non-combustible location and installed with non-combustible materials above the grate level. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and there is a 20% restocking fee.
